Original 1940's Civilian A-2 Flight Leather Jacket. Horsehide leather shell construction with beautiful vintage patina.

Original vintage'TALON' brand front Brass zipper closure. Genuine Brown Mouton fur collar with leather backing. Two original WWII A2 Flight jacket style front patch pockets with flaps (without side handwarmer pockets).

Brown wool elastic knitted cuffs and waistband. No original size tags but approx. 23 inches pit to pit, laying flat.

Great vintage condition with tons of character. This jacket was professionally restored and dry cleaned.

Leather shell is in great condition with outstanding vintage patina, but still pliable and without any cracks or dry spots. Mouton collar is all original and complete with a few worn spots. Knitted cuffs and waistband are in great shape, not stretched out and without any rips or holes. Original wool lining is complete but the top part that was worn out and ripped was reinforced with a piece of soft leather. Original "Genuine Horsehide Front Quarter" is present.
